Phone calls
This site is built around the phone. When you call, the call may be recorded and tracked for quality, training and routing purposes. We may collect the number you call from, the time and length of the call, and what you tell us about your water heater and your address area so that we can connect you with a local pro.
Calls are routed through call-tracking numbers. These numbers let us see which pages lead to calls, and they may be provided by a third-party call-tracking service that processes call data on our behalf.
Information we collect

- Technical data your browser sends when it loads this site, its fonts and its photos, which come from Google Fonts and Pexels.
- Information you volunteer on a call, which we use only to understand the problem and connect you with a pro.
This site has no forms, accounts or email collection.
Cookies
This site does not use analytics or tracking cookies of its own. Your browser requests fonts from Google Fonts and images hosted by Pexels, and those providers may handle that request under their own policies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and the site will still work.
How information is shared
We share the details of your call with the independent local professional we connect you with, so they can prepare for the job. We use service providers for call tracking and analytics. We do not sell your personal data.
Retention and security
We keep call recordings and records only as long as needed for the purposes described here or as the law requires. We take reasonable steps to protect information, but no system is perfectly secure.
Your choices and requests
To ask about your information, to request that a recording be deleted, or to raise any privacy question, call the number on this site and say that it is a privacy request. We will respond as the law requires. You can also tell us at the start of a call if you do not want it recorded, and we will tell you if that affects our ability to help.
Children
This site is intended for adults who own or manage homes. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
